All of us are concerned over our health. We run to the doctors when we get sick, but we often forget that only our diet can help us stay healthy. Super foods, a term coined for marketing purposes to influence food trends and sell products, are a list of food having nutritional benefits. It may be worth taking a closer look at some healthy foods:
