There is no denying that study room is a very integral part of our life. Every member of a family needs such a space where he/she will go in their spare time and read to their hearts’ content. Decide your purpose

First of all, decide the purpose for what you want to create this study room. Do you want the room for casual study or serious contemplation? Will other members of the family such as your son and wife also use the room? Depending on the purpose you may proceed further.

Place your reading table in front of window

Keep the table in front of a window so that you get sufficient amount of natural light while reading. Moreover it’s also important to get the zephyr so that your appetite for reading is increased significantly. Remember that proper light and air will affect you to a great extent.

Finally, remember that a reading room is a reading room. Don’t turn it into just another room of the house. So, avoid using it for other purposes as such an attempt will just make the room all the more messy which will, in turn, kill your enthusiasm and appetite for reading.
