4 summer fashion rules you can break

When the summer comes, we get too occupied with our fashion inspirations, what to put on and whom to follow because this is the time of the year when we try our level best to create our fashion statements. The first rule of creating a statement is that do not follow anyone. So, this summer break free from all other shackles of fashion – particularly the following four.

Rule 1 – Don’t put on head-to-toe black

This is taken for granted that during summer it is not a good idea to wear something black from head to toe. Well, don’t follow this any more because black has grown to be a very scintillating color in the recent years, so you can easily put on anything in black and cover your whole body.

Rule 2 – No boots

This is obsolete now, guys. Don’t worry about the criticism or the heat as you don’t necessarily have to say goodbye to your sexy boots. “A black leather bootie might feel and look heavy during the dog days of summer, but a light-colored suede one looks perfect with a casual dress for a boho look,” an expert has once said in a fashion website. Give your sandals and wedges a break and take out the boots from your closet.

Rule 3 – No leather in summer

There is an idea that leathers are meant for the colder months and many of the celebrities also maintain that rule. But, you don’t have to do that. Break free and set your own rules. Many people out there are creating new standards and going for leather accessories and clothing even during summer.

Rule 4 – No jewelry in the beach

Many people think that you cannot adorn yourself with jewelries when you are about to hit the beach. This is no more a rule you must adhere to. Jewelries are now more attractive than ever and the variations are also huge. Tap into the potential the jewelries can add to your fashion flair.
