After months of slow infection rate coronavirus has dealt a heavy blow and started wreaking havoc on public lives again. Many countries are in a very bad situation. Even the rate of infection is increasing in Bangladesh as well and even many people are dying because of this virus. Under such circumstances there is no better way to protect yourself other than preventing it as the hospitals are awash with patients. So, what are the things you can do to protect yourself from this deadly virus?

Wear mask – no better alternative

No matter how powerful the virus is, it is not stronger than a mask! This is the best way to protect yourself. A three-layer mask can stop this deadly virus from entering your body. Experts and doctors all over the world are putting emphasis on wearing mask whenever you go out. This is the only way to save yourself from other infected patients as this virus spreads through droplets, which can be obstructed with the help of a mask.

Have a sanitizer with you

Along with a mask, you must have a sanitizer along with you whenever you go out. People usually touch a lots of things when they go out. And it’s very risky as you can get contaminated from any of those surfaces. That’s why it’s very important that you carry a sanitizer along with you and use it after regular intervals. Using it will keep you safe from virus.

Don’t touch nose, mouth or eyes

These three organs are the entry point of deadly coronavirus. So, stop touching these organs all too frequently. Only then you can decrease the risk of contamination. Unless you touch these organs, coronavirus can never infect you. Grow healthy habits and stop touching these parts of the body.

Eat healthy, build your immunity

Increase the intake of foods rich in Vitamin C. It will boost your immune system. Unless you have a strong immune system, you cannot protect yourself from this virus. So, eat lots of green vegetables and other foods that will help you have a better defense against any germs and virus.
